What Is Yoga? The real meaning of YOGA is not physical exercise. Yoga is not only a fitness tool but it is way beyond this. It will bring silence where there is noise, inner peace within chaos, self-confidence in the midst of fear and anxiety, hope when hopelessness is lurking, and joy despite sorrows. Through Yoga, you can learn to breathe deeply, think calmly and accept life as it comes by practicing the techniques that were given thousands of years ago. After all, they were tried and tested over centuries to bring the best-suited results.
Yoga is the 9,000-year-old Indian technique to experience holistic health using one's body and mind as tools in the quest for spiritual perfection. Yoga means the union of body mind, and soul with an ultimate god called divine itself.

A brief introduction of my YOGA journey
Since 2005.......
Since my early teens, the world of dance has held a special place in my heart, spurring me to delve into the physical benefits of Yoga. My journey began with a profound interest in fitness through dance, and I soon found myself practicing Yoga asanas in the sanctuary of my home. As I deepened my roots in the art of Dance, my passion for Yoga flourished, and I made the decision to pursue formal studies in this ancient discipline.
In 2020, I embarked on a transformative path, enrolling in a One-year Post Graduation Diploma in Yoga at a prestigious Indian Government University. This enriching experience laid the foundation for my journey as a certified Yoga Teacher. Building upon this milestone, I remained resolute in my pursuit of knowledge and recently accomplished a significant achievement - completing my master's in yoga.
With my extensive training and dedication to both Dance and Yoga, I am committed to sharing the profound benefits of these practices with the world. Join me on this enriching voyage, as we explore the harmony of movement and mindfulness, unlocking the boundless potential of well-being.
Let's embark together on this empowering path to holistic wellness!"
